KENDAL

Police are investigating a burglary at a house in Morewood Drive, Burton.
It happened between 8.30am on August 17 and 11.30am on August 19.
Anyone who saw or heard anything unusual on these dates is asked to contact PC 1416 Rourke,  referencing log 105 of August 19.

KENDAL

Police are appealing for information after a woman was bitten by a dog in Dockray Hall Road, Kendal.
The woman was walking her four-month-old German Shepherd when she was bitten by a Staffordshire Terrier-type dog.
It happened at about 8pm on August 7.
The Staffordshire Terrier was being walked by a man described as being about 50. He was said to be wearing a grey hoodie and glasses. He had another dog with him. Neither was said to be on a lead.
Anyone who might be able to identify the man is asked to contact PC1416 Rourke, referencing log 271 of August 7.

KENDAL

Police are investigating the theft of a Stihl chainsaw and a green Commencal mountain bike (picture attached).
At the time of the theft there was a baby seat on the crossbar of the bike.
They were stolen from a garden shed in the Kendal area between September 1 and September 4.
Anyone with any information – or who may have been offered these for sale – should call police, referencing log 117 of September 4.
