Criminal damage, Kendal

Police are investigating criminal damage to Beales shop window which occurred at approximately 3am on Monday 7th May 2018, in Kendal, Cumbria.

A large shop front window has been smashed during an altercation between two men.
Police are requesting any witnesses to the incident or anyone with information about the incident to come forward.

Anyone with information should contact police referencing incident 48 of 7 May 2018.

Flat arson, Kendal

Cumbria Police are currently investigating an arson at a flat which occurred over the Bank Holiday weekend through the night of Saturday 5th May 2018 into Sunday 6th May 2018.

During this time, a fire was set upon a residential property in the area of Dowkers Lane, Kendal.
However, the fire extinguished before the property caught fire. Nobody was injured in the incident.

Police are appealing for witnesses who were in the area who may have seen anybody acting suspiciously or gave them cause for any concern. If you have any information on this incident, please contact Cumbria Police on the telephone number 101 quoting incident number 80 of 6 May 2018.
