Woman dies and two people are injured in south east London house fire

A woman has been found dead inside a house following a fire in Woolwich, south east London.
Two other people have been taken to hospital.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to Centurion Square, Woolwich, at around 1.20am.
At one point 60 firefighters and eight engines were tackling the blaze.
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) said that when crews arrived, the ground, first and second floors of the property were alight.
LFB said: “Sadly one woman was found dead at the scene by crews wearing breathing apparatus.”
Two people had already left the building before crews arrived and were taken to hospital.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
