He may have just paid a club-record fee to sign Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid, but Antonio Conte has revealed his dream striker belongs to Chelsea’s rivals Tottenham – Harry Kane.
The 23-year-old was the top scorer in the Premier League last season with 29 goals, and Conte cannot see weaknesses in any part of his game.
"If I had to buy one striker I would go for Kane," the Blues boss said. "He’s a complete player. He’s one of the top strikers in the world. If you go to buy Kane now it would be at least £100m."
The England international hit 29 goals in 30 league appearances last term, but how does this compare to his counterparts across the continent?
Conte says he would plump for Kane, but if you were in charge of the purse strings, would Kane get your vote?
