Two men remanded following court appearance

Two men have been remanded in custody following appearing in court today.
Robert Pendleton, 28, of No Fixed Abode, and Thomas Nightingale, 30, of Balcarres Road, Chorley, Lancashire, appeared at Furness and District Magistrates’ Court today (10th July), both charged with Blackmail.
Nightingale was additionally charged with possession of a Controlled Drug Class B and Failing to provide a specimen for analysis whilst being a vehicle driver.
They are both scheduled to next appear before Preston Crown Court on 7th September 2018.
