PGA Championship 2019: Watch Tiger Woods’ first round on live stream

Written by on 16/05/2019

Tiger Woods begins his bid for a 16th major title on Thursday, with his opening round for free via the Sky Sports live video stream.

Woods is part of Featured Group coverage at Bethpage Black, where the Masters champion tees off at 1.24pm UK time alongside Open winner Francesco Molinari and defending champion Brooks Koepka.

The former world No 1 hasn’t featured competitively since he won the Green Jacket for a fifth time last month, with Woods looking to join Walter Hagen and Jack Nicklaus this week as the only five-time winners of the Wanamaker Trophy.

Victory for Woods would not only move him within two of Nicklaus’ all-time record of 18 major titles, but would also see him equal Sam Snead’s total of 82 PGA Tour wins.

We will be streaming the opening round right here on the Sky Sports website and mobile app, as well as the Sky Sports YouTube channel, with coverage getting underway from 1.15pm and running until full coverage begins at 6pm.

Sky Sports subscribers are able to sign in here to watch all four tournament days live on Sky Sports Golf, with more than 35 hours of live coverage across the event.
