Murder arrest after man stabbed to death in east London

A murder investigation has been launched after a man in his 20s was stabbed to death in east London.
Police were called shortly after 2pm on Thursday to reports of a stabbing in Clarence Mews, Hackney.
The man was found seriously injured and died at the scene around half an hour later, despite the best efforts of emergency services.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is in custody at a north London police station.
The victim has not yet been identified and police are working to inform his family.
A post-mortem will be held in due course.
