Man shot dead and another injured in Leyton, east London

A man has been shot dead in the early hours of this morning in Leyton, east London.
Officers were called following reports of gunshots on Lea Bridge Road, where they found a man in his late 20s with a gunshot wound.
Despite the efforts of officers and the London Ambulance Service (LAS), he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second man, aged in his 20s, is being treated at an east London hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
It is the second fatal shooting in the capital this weekend. A murder investigation was launched after a man in his 30s was killed in Wembley on Friday night.
