Man charged with murder of two-year-old daughter

A 25-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his two-year-old daughter, Scotland Yard has said.
Rejwanul Islam, from Dagenham in east London, is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, charged with the murder of Mariyah Islam.
Mariyah died on Saturday, 5 March 2016 in Euston, central London.
A post-mortem at St Thomas’ Hospital in south London showed that the young child had suffered a traumatic head injury.
