Man, 60, charged with recklessly infecting three women with HIV

A 60-year-old man has been charged with recklessly infecting three women with HIV.
John Nehemiah Rodney, originally from Toothill, Swindon, is accused of three counts of grievous bodily harm.
Rodney is currently being held at HMP Channings Wood and will appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
Ian Harris, a senior lawyer for the Crown Prosecution Service, said: “Following a careful review of the evidence provided to me by Wiltshire Police I have authorised the police to charge John Nehemiah Rodney with three offences of inflicting grievous bodily harm in relation to three women who have been infected with HIV.”
