Led Zeppelin reunion rumours triggered by cryptic Robert Plant message

Written by on 04/05/2017

Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant has sparked a frenzy of rumours about a possible reunion of the legendary rockers.

A decade after the group last performed together, speculation is rife they could reform after the singer posted a brief cryptic message on his website.

The three-word missive posted by Plant simply said: "Any time now…"

The group received ecstatic reviews for their last gig at London’s O2 back in 2007 and if a reunion is confirmed it would be Stairway To Heaven for diehard fans.

While some may be left Dazed And Confused by the mysterious note, others will be hoping it does not turn out to be a Heartbreaker of false hope.

Zeppelinologists are now poring over what the words mean.

The band marks its 50th anniversary next year, fuelling rumours of a reunion.

However, Plant has also been working on a new album and there is a school of thought that it could be referring to the fact that it is nearing completion.

Fans will have their fingers crossed for a Whole Lotta love.
