US rapper Post Malone has been involved in a car crash only two weeks after his private jet had to make an emergency landing.

His Rolls-Royce reportedly hit another car and smashed through a fence in Los Angeles in the early hours of Friday morning.

Post Malone was in the passenger seat and his assistant was driving, Beverly Hills police told Billboard.

There were no injuries and officers believe no alcohol was involved.

The badly-damaged car was towed away from the West Hollywood street after ending up in some shrubs.

After the crash, the US star tweeted “god must hate me lol” – an apparent reference to his plane scare on 21 August when two tyres exploded during take-off.

The 23-year-old’s Gulfstream jet was heading to the UK so he could perform at the Reading and Leeds festivals.

It was forced to circle over the New York area for several hours to burn off fuel before landing safely.

After the incident, Post Malone tweeted: “I landed guys. Thank you for your prayers.

“Can’t believe how many people wished death on me on this website. F*** you. But not today.”

The rapper, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, won song of the year for his hit Rockstar at this year’s MTV awards and has also had four UK top 10 hits, including a number one.
