It is some years since Morecambe had the chance to experience a ‘Last Night of the Proms’ concert. So it is with great pleasure that the PCO can present such a concert with the help of Carnforth and District Choral Society; soprano soloist, Rowena Thornton and bass soloist, Brian Lancaster.
