Clueless star Stacey Dash charged with domestic battery

Actress Stacey Dash has been charged with domestic battery against a man in Florida.
Police say the star, best known for playing Dionne in 1990s comedy Clueless alongside Alicia Silverstone, pushed and slapped a man during a verbal argument at an apartment in New Port Richey, Pasco County.
Investigators said the man, believed to be Dash’s husband, sustained red scratch marks on his left arm, according to a Pasco County Sheriff’s Office report.
The report says no alcohol or drugs were involved.
Dash, 52, was released on bail on Monday morning.
Jail records did not list an attorney who could be contacted for comment on her behalf, according to the Associated Press news agency.
As well as Clueless, Dash has appeared in numerous TV series and films since the 1980s, with credits including The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air, CSI and Sharknado: The 4th Awakens.
She also worked as a Fox News commentator from 2014 to 2017.
