Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud is not interested in a return to France

Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud is not interested in a return to France, according to Marseille manager Rudi Garcia.
Giroud has previously said that he’ll wait until later in the summer to make a decision on his future, with Everton, West Ham and Marseille among the clubs linked with the 30-year-old.
However, it looks like the Ligue 1 side could now be out of the running.
"I do not think he wants to come to Marseille, Olivier Giroud. That’s the problem," Garcia told L’Equipe.
"It is understandable – as he is a striker with the French national team who is making progress with Arsenal – that when he does change clubs, his interests might lie beyond OM."
Giroud’s playing prospects for next season took a hit earlier in the window when his France team mate Alexandre Lacazette joined Arsenal from Lyon for a club record £52m.
Arsenal begin their Premier League campaign at home to Leicester, live on Friday Night Football from 7pm on Sky Sports Premier League.
