Man charged with five counts of attempted murder after stabbings in Edmonton

A 29-year-old man has been charged with five counts of attempted murder following a series of knife attacks in north London.
Jason Kakaire will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Police said five stabbings took place in the Edmonton area between Saturday and Tuesday.
A man in his 30s was left in a critical condition in the latest incident.
Four people were also attacked over the weekend – leaving two critically hurt and one with potentially life-changing injuries.
Officers are not seeking anyone else in connection with the investigation.
