Meryl Streep is selling her New York loft apartment and it can be yours for just $24.5m (£19m).
If you’re looking to expand your property portfolio, you can add this four-bedroom Tribeca penthouse overlooking the Hudson.
The apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a 10ft-wide balcony accessible from almost every room, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and triple-glazed windows.

According to the listing on Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the master bedroom faces both west and north “to witness the boats as they go up and down the water”.
