Sportswomen of the Year: Ways to watch

On Thursday, The Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year Awards in association with Vitality will recognise those who have achieved, inspired and made a difference in 2017.
Now in its 30th year, the awards celebrate the outstanding contribution to sport made by elite athletes, coaches, administrators, community volunteers and inspirational women.
After three weeks of public nominations, a panel of experts selected the respective shortlists with the winners revealed at Thursday’s ceremony at the Hilton London Bankside.
You will be able to watch, follow and catch up across Sky Sports, Sky Sports News, On Demand and across our Sky Sports digital and social platforms – here’s all you need to know.
Sky Sports
As well as live coverage of the event from 8pm on Thursday on Sky Sports Mix, Sky Sports Arena and Sky Sports Main Event, there will be highlights available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday including on Sky One on Sunday (12pm).
SWOTY will also takeover Sky Sports Mix on Thursday and Friday with a host of women’s sports highlights, features, interviews and the ever-popular masterclasses.
On Game Changers next week, there will be an extended behind-the-scenes report including red carpet arrivals.
On Demand will feature a dedicated SWOTY Event Box (available from Wednesday to Sunday) with all preview and highlight content.
Sky Sports News
Ellie Downie, Sammi Kinghorn, Heather Knight and Jade Jones are among the names who have featured over the last few weeks.
SSN will continue build up to the event all week, with Tuesday’s Sportswomen taking a special look ahead to this week’s coverage.
The live build up begins on Wednesday and we will also be on the red carpet on Thursday for arrivals at the ceremony.
Sportswomen is available on Tuesday from 11.30am and is repeated across Sky Sports, Sky Living and available On Demand.
