Joshua vs Takam: Anthony Joshua should stay on course for huge Tyson Fury fight, says Joe Calzaghe

Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury can create the "biggest British fight of all time", says former world champion Joe Calzaghe.
Joshua defends his world titles against Carlos Takam in Cardiff this Saturday night, live on Sky Sports Box Office, and remains open to a fight with Fury in the future.
Fury is currently awaiting the resumption of a UK Anti-Doping hearing, but Calzaghe hopes he returns to boxing to set up a record-breaking bout between the current and former world heavyweight champions.
"I would love to see Tyson Fury get back into shape, because I think it would be the biggest British fight of all time," Calzaghe told Sky Sports.
"A great fight for Britain, it would be a world title fight, because remember Tyson Fury beat Klitschko a lot more comfortably than Anthony Joshua. A great mix of styles. I would love to see that fight."
A unification clash with WBC champion Deontay Wilder is another possible option for Joshua, but Calzaghe has suggested that Fury would supply a far more difficult fight.
"Deontay Wilder, I think Tyson Fury would be tougher for Joshua, just because of the way he boxes," said the Welshman. "I fancy ‘AJ’ to knock out Wilder, but it will be pretty entertaining while it lasts.
"Fingers crossed, he will hopefully take care of business at the weekend, and see Tyson Fury get back in shape. That would be a good fight."
