Katie Price faces backlash for sharing make-up snaps of six-year-old daughter

Katie Price has come under fire on social media after posting pictures of herself and her young daughter wearing heavy make-up.
The former glamour model and TV star shared the snaps of six-year-old Bunny on Instagram on Wednesday, quickly garnering more than 1,700 comments.
While some fans supported Price, many users criticised her for her daughter’s look.
However, the 42-year-old star appeared to be well aware of the backlash she might receive – captioning the photographs: “Never underestimate the pricey, I know what’s coming up #bunnyisinheavenwiththemakeup.”
One Instagram user commented: “Omg so wrong to put a child in full make up on where anyone can see it!!!!”
Another said: “That poor child being morphed into her mother.”
“What’s the matter with you!!” another user wrote, while another posted: “Why do people encourage their children to grow up too quickly?”
In the photos, Price used Coca-Cola cans as hair rollers and wore red lipstick and winged black eyeliner, with the look mirrored by Bunny.
The star was also criticised by some for potentially giving the child the sugary drink.
However, many fans supported the star.
“I don’t wear makeup but my 7 year old daughter is absolutely obsessed with it so we don’t stop her,” one wrote. “She loves bright lipsticks and daring eyeshadows also loves a good makeup brush to blend foundation in lol. God knows where she gets the love of makeup from but I love her passion for it.”
Another said: “My daughter who isn’t much difference in age to Bunny, absolutely loves makeup, she does her wings better than me. It’s a lovely bonding moment between mother and daughter and is completely OK and normal.”
Bunny is the youngest of Price’s five children, and her second with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
Last month, the star’s eldest child, 18-year-old Harvey, was taken into hospital for treatment in intensive care.
The teenager, who is partially blind, has Prader-Willi syndrome, autism and learning and behavioural difficulties as a result of a rare genetic disorder.
Price later thanked fans for their messages of support and said while his condition is “complex” he was getting better.
