Cumbria Police can confirm that the body of a male was found on Saturday morning (8th December) in Canal Street, Ulverston. Officers were called at 10.11am after the body was discovered in a canal. Police are today working to contact the next of kin. At this time there appear to be no suspicious circumstances.
