Morecambe firm makes its mark at Commonwealth Games

A Morecambe firm is playing a prominent role in this year’s Commonwealth Games.
Mazuma Mobile, based at White Lund Industrial Estate, is sponsoring buses taking passengers to and from the Games’ venues in Birmingham with their mascot Maz getting an early ride this week.
The Games, which take place between July 28 and August 8, will see more than 5,000 athletes from 72 Commonwealth nations challenge for medals across 15 venues.

“The Commonwealth Games brings people from across the world together and it is great that we can support the event and get the Mazuma message to so many people.’’
