John Pye to run London Marathon

Bay Trust Radio Breakfast presenter John Pye will be running the TCS London Marathon this summer, raising funds for Bay Trust Radio.
John, who is on air every weekday morning from 7, is preparing for the 26.2 miles around the centre of London later this year.

The annual event is set around the River Thames, starting in Blackheath and finishing at The Mall. The event was founded by athletes Chris Brasher and John Disley in 1981 and has raised millions of pounds for charities over the years.
