Cumbria Police: Local appeals – 20 September 2021

Kendal
Police are investigating an incident of racial abuse which occurred on Gooseholme on Wednesday 1st September 2021 at 1pm.
It was reported that a man shouted racial comments, as well as other comments towards members of the public. The man is described as in his 20s, around 5ft 9ins tall and was wearing a red, zipped hoodie and grey joggers with a red patch.

Windermere
Police are investigating two incidents of theft of outboard motors that occurred from boats at Lake Windermere close to the A592 between the 10th and 11th September 2021.
It was reported that Honda and Yamaha, four-stroke engines, valued at £2000, were removed from the boats
