Arrest in Kendal arson investigation

Officers investigating an offence of arson have arrested a 48-year-old man from the Kendal area.
The man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life and remains in police custody this morning (9 May).
Officers investigating the incident are continuing to call for any witnesses or anyone with information which could assist to get in touch quoting incident number 80 of 6 May 2018.
