I've been at bay trust radio for a while now and have
done and covered an number of shows, from saturday sport,
to monday ward call, sunday extra williamson (the boss)
and now sit comfortably on weekday evenings! with
the glamourous Claire Lambert!...

Including the amazingly fun Alphabet Game where Claire gets to play with Marie or any one else who is willing!! The aim of the game is to think of a item for each letter of the alphabet which relates to the given topic. Sounds easy????

John Wartons Golden Balls... where John Warton joins us from Kendal Town to share with us his wisdon of our local football team.

A to Z of random years, we pick songs in alphabetical order from a set range of random years.

Guess the Intro... this makes the odd surprise appearence (When we remember to create material.... hehe) It's pretty self explanitary you have to guess the song from the intro.

Word Up... Where we change a word in a song in order to give the song a whole new meaning... (generally rude) and you as the listeners have to tell us what the original word was... be clean please!!!!!!
