A selection of big High Street names are lining up to occupy units in the £100m K Village redevelopment.
Kendal Riverside Ltd confirmed 14 companies had now signed up to open shops at the factory outlet while a further six were at the ‘final stages’ of exchanging contracts.
Building activity is intensifying to ensure the development would be ready for a new opening date, set for the end of June.
Names include Costa Coffee, Bags etc, specialist natural food and ingredients retailer Julian Graves and chocolate brand Cadbury.
