Kidnapped fibreglass sheep returned to Cartmel

EWE-GENE is back after doing a disappearing act for more than a week.

The bright yellow woolly wanderer, who miffed organisers of Cartmel’s Sheepy Village Trail when she went walkabout from outside the Cavendish Arms, has been found safe and unharmed.

And they are none the wiser as to who waltzed off with the life-size fibreglass model.
